Guadalupe River Dive & Tube
New Braunfels, TX

How about we take a leisurely float down the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels?   You can tube or Scuba Dive.  The cost to tube or Scuba Dive is the same and their bus will take both tubers and divers back to their business after the two and a half hour float.

For divers, the depths range from 6" to 25' in depth.  Naturally, that 6" means that you will be walking yourself, and your gear, over some possibly uneven terrain at points along the float.

• There's currently fairly low water flow Low flow.  So expect an approximate 2 1/2 hour trip.
• Private take out spot.
• Tubing fees listed be before tax & fees.
• EVERYONE must be able to swim. 
• Age limits for the Guadalupe and on the Comal is 6 years old.
• They will keep your keys and ID as a deposit.
• While shoes aren’t required, we do recommend some type of footwear for getting in and out of the river, since it can be rocky and a bit slick.
• $10 to park, cash only (VIP lot at 145 W. Lincoln that is $20 per car next to our Exit)
• Book your equipment rental online ahead of time to ensure that you have tubes. And, make sure that you select the Gruene (Main) location since they have a number of locations.

 Try to make your reservations for, and arrive at 10:00 AM.  Look for the dive club banner/flag and check in with the trip leader.  You will need to drop off your Tom's Dive & Swim liability release form at that time as well.  The Rockin' R folks are likely to have a release form as well.
