Stillhouse Hollow Dive

Come join us at Stillhouse Hollow, in Belton, Texas, for our October fun dive. Our host Scuba Divers Paradise will be providing the dive boat to get us out to our dive site. Though this is central Texas Lake diving, it sure is nice to be taken out on a boat and not have to mess with muddy gear afterwards. Maybe we'll be able to find the Gnome Boat (my favorite attraction).

We are including a tank, and a fill, as part of the registration.  Scuba Divers Paradise will supply your tank for the first dive.  And, re-fill it for your second dive.  No need to go by Tom's for a tank.

Sign up early so that we can let the boat operator know how many folks to expect. We are limiting the number of divers to 22 for safety.  The boat will go out with the first 12 divers.  While they are out on the boat, the second set of 12 divers can dive under the marina.  There are lines that lead you to different attractions and is really pretty cool.  After this first dive everyone will get their tanks filled and swap their dive sites (boat divers will dive the marina, and the marina divers will board the boat).

Afterwards we can meet up at the small cafe right there on the dock for a quick bite and swap some dive stories.  I really enjoyed the burgers on my last visit.

When you arrive at the Stillhouse Park gate tell the attendant that you are going to the dive shop and they should give you a pass to park for free. However, the pass is only valid for the parking area PAST the boat ramp/ by kayaks on the rack.  If the attendant is not onsite yet, pull on through and park in the same area.

This event requires an Tom's Dive and Swim Release Form. Print out, initial, and sign the form and bring it with you to the event. We will pick them up before the activity begins. The Tom's release form can be found HERE.

Also, Scuba Divers Paradise has their own Release Form. If you'd like to complete it ahead of time, and bring it with you, that would speed up the sign-in process. Their release form can be found HERE
