I’m just getting back into diving and looking for buddies too! I’m planning to go to Bubble Hour next week.
Bubble Hour dives are certainly the best way to grab a buddy and go diving. The Austin Aquanauts dive club also has a number of other dives scheduled for the year. If you're logged in as a dive club member you can see the upcoming events at https://www.austinaquanauts.org/events.
